The Cowshed Cottage is a lovingly restored Milking parlour with one bedroom, a bathroom & large living area with fully equipped galley kitchen, wifi, sofa that converts to a large double bed, underfloor heating & air con. It retains some of its original features while having every modern convenience. It's little front garden is perfect for your morning coffee. A Stones throw from the Greenway, minutes from a beautiful beach, Mountains views. Our little bit of Bliss we love to share with others.

Magical Mahon Falls for hiking enthusiasts, Waterford Greenway and Clonea Beach and the scenic Copper Coast Drive all within 15 minute drive.

Castles, guided walks around Waterford city, historical sites, beautiful gardens and much more. Tramore is 10 minutes, Waterford is 15 minutes away, Dungarvan 30 minutes.

Cosy cow house

The Cosy Cow house is located in a court yard and is part of Moonavaud Holiday Village . There are two other holiday properties in the court yard which include the stables and the Farm Lodge. All have been recently renovated. The farm itself is a working beef farm. The property is close to Dungarvan and Waterford and situated on the the coast. It is Only 2km from the Mo Waterford green way. A 2 minute walk to award winning Stradbally village. Strictly a no smoking policy

The house is located in the centre of the multi award winning Georgian village of Stradbally very close to the Waterford’s Greenway and along the Copper Coast. Lighthouse keepers; Home of the year finalist

Welcome to the lighthouse keepers house! We have been voted as one of Ireland’s top 50 places to stay by the Irish Independent #Fab50 ( number 26 :)) We spent two years renovating this 200 year old building. In May 2020, it featured on RTE Home of the year and became a finalist in the top 7 homes in Ireland. Irish lights built all 76 lighthouses & keepers houses in Ireland, and this is the only lighthouse keepers house in a town in Ireland!

Tramore Chalet - Stunning Ocean Views

Cosy chalet just a 20 minutes walk to the ocean. Beautiful sea views, facing the Metal Man. The Chalet is on our property right next to our house and has a large driveway to park and an EV charger. Newtown & Guillamene swimming coves nearby. 5mins drive to Tramore town that has long been associated with Irish tourism and offers a traditional seaside experience. The beach front features a long promenade and an amusement park in the summer.

Traditional old Irish stone cottage in a small cul-de-sac about 50 yards from Curragh Beach, surrounded by a beautiful garden with palms, roses and apple trees.The cottage has a long history, dating back to the 17th century, its location is being sheltered from the wind. Our family restored and enlarged it in in 1975. It has new style kitchen,and bathroom.and a wood burning stove for heating. Near towns of dungarvan and youghal.

Newly renovated entire residential home Annestown

Recently restored, spacious 5 bedroom house fitted with all modern appliances. Has a large outdoor seating area & huge garden overlooking Annestown Beach. The Copper Coast offers a wonderful coastline, close to Tramore, Anne Valley Walk, Dunhill Castle, Comeragh Mountains for hiking, Waterford City is a 20 minute drive. Cork airport is a 1 1/2 hr drive and Dublin airport is a 2 hr drive.

Boatstrand Beachhouse

Stunning beach house with direct access to an incredible secluded cove. The Boatstrand Beachhouse is our much loved home from home. It is ideal for families and friends sharing alike. We have enjoyed special Christmas gatherings and spent long summer holidays enjoying the spectacular beaches in the area including the one at the bottom of the garden!
