The 3 bedrooms include a queen room on 1st fl. & queen & twin rooms on 2nd fl. Full, modern kitchen w/ stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher. This is Country Quiet that is also centrally located. We are in between Syracuse and Cortland, NY (15 miles to both off Interstate 81.) You will be put to sleep by bullfrogs and crickets but be able to hop on the highway and reach many destinations. For vacationers, we are at the edge of the Fingerlakes about 20 miles from Skaneateles, NY. Whether passing through or here for a short stay, our place will provide comfort and quiet.

Private spacious apartment with all amenities, located 15 minutes drive from Ithaca, NY. To relax during your stay, you can pour yourself a hot bath, unwind in the living-room or enjoy the outdoor deck with view on the 1 acre property. Other tenants include our poodle (Angélique) and Trouble, our outdoor cat. If you feel butch, you can start a fire and relax around our bonfire area or strip in your swimsuit and hop in our hot tub.

Beautiful, quiet, country setting overlooking Buttermilk Falls that is only minutes from downtown Ithaca, Cornell, and Ithaca College. We are located at the southern end of Cayuga Lake, near Trumansburg, Newfield, and at the beginning of the Finger Lakes Wine Trail. We are close to local state parks, waterfalls, hiking trails, entertainment, and shopping areas.
