Upstairs: two bedrooms (1 kingsize & 1 double bed) bathroom with bath & separate shower. The cottage has gas central heating.

The Cabin comprises of a Kitchen, mezzanine Bedroom, living area and adjoining bathroom. ( I list this cabin for 2 people but would consider allowing up to 4 guests if you contact me especially if you wanted to bring children for instance) Please note this property may not be suitable for guests with specific disabilities if a fire occurred.

It has a dog friendly beach, is great for fishing, has lots of wildlife and has the most stunning sunsets. In winter, enjoy cosy evenings with the fire lit. An ideal base for exploring the Western Lake District and Cumbrian Coast. It is surrounded by scenic walks and activities. It is close to St Bees coast to coast walk too. Please note- We no longer have a hot tub.

Relax at this peaceful place to stay in the Western Lake District. There are plenty of lovely walks from the doorstep. The King George pub is only a minute walk away, serving lovely home cooked food and real ale. The Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway, known locally as “La’al Ratty” is only a ten minute walk from the cottage. Eskdale Stores is open daily. The cottage itself has been recently renovated and has a secure garden with lovely views, ideal dogs.

Puddler Cottage is a traditional former mining Cottage in the quiet peaceful Seaside Village of Askam on the shores of the beautiful Duddon Estuary. The Western Lake District and miles of pet friendly beaches are on your doorstep .Askam has a Chippie, Chinese Takeaway, Bakery,Cafe(Thurs-Sun) , Post Office, Off Licence, local Pub(Thurs-Sunday ),Coop, Playground, Picnic Areas and Railway Station are all a few minutes walk away from Puddler Cottage.

The Farmhouse is a characterful, white washed 17th century farmhouse set in a secluded 1.2 acres of woodland with private lake access (shared with two other cottages) leading to the beautiful waters of lake Coniston. Situated in an enviable spot, the cottage is an ideal place for couples, families or small groups, to come and unwind in the peaceful surroundings and explore the Lakes by foot, bike or boat.
