Situated near Hunter Valley with its many wineries and the Hunter Gardens, Blackbutt Reserve, Watagan Mountains, Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, and Avondale University (all within a 3 to 40 minute drive). No cleaning fee.

Studio 76 is a brand new modern studio located in a quiet street and great neighbourhood, in close proximity to shops and the train station. This self-contained single bedroom is compact with a beautifully appointed bedroom, bathroom, small kitchenette, washing machine and gorgeous outdoor setting to enjoy your morning tea and coffee. The studio is apart of a larger townhouse, but has a seperate entrance and is completely private.

My name is Tanya, and I run our BnB along with my daughter Kristiarne. This is perfect winter getaway for friends and families that want some "get away" in a little luxury.
