Self-contained studio apartment, detached from the main house which is situated on the Welsh coastal path “The Laundry Room” is in the village of Deganwy. Within a stones throw of the beach, the railway station, buses, cafes, restaurants and the salubrious Quays Spa Hotel, a perfect location to watch the magnificent sunsets. A small self contained cottage in the back garden of our family home. Ideal for families, couples or solo travellers. Double bed in the main living space + separate bunk room. Kitchen area is fully equipped if you choose to eat in. Great base to explore: 5-10 mins to beaches; fabulous walks; zoo; local shops; and plenty of tourist attractions within a 20 min drive. We have a cat and a dog, so as long as you are happy to share our garden space, we'll be happy to have you here!

Ty Bach Twt is a private annex in Snowdonia National Park with its own parking, raised decked area with mountain views, garden furniture and gas BBQ that can be used during your stay. There are numerous footpaths directly from the property, mountain biking and nearby riding stables. There is a village pub and shop and the ever popular Betws-y-Coed is only 4 miles away. Snowdon and Zip World are approximately 30 minutes drive. Go Below and Conwy Falls are close by.

Close to the A55 for wider exploration. Sleeps 4 , with 2 in the double bed downstairs, and two children aged over 5, or able bodied adults on the sleeping platform,Groups need to be ease with each other, as the sleeping areas are open plan. Dogs £10 per dog per stay.
