Fern Hollow is one of 5 luxurious tiny homes that make up Littlefield Retreat, a tranquil woodland village of 3 treehouses and 2 hobbit houses – each with its own private hot tub and dock. Thoughtful lighting, fine linens and furnishings with a spacious and private deck off the back to sit and enjoy nature or entertain. Miles of wooded forest is this location; if you’re looking to escape the city or a busy life, this is the perfect place to explore, relax and revive. At the main house (across the way), there are horses, barn kitties, cattle dogs and other friendly animals.

Built in the 1940’s, this 2 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath cottage has a rustic charm, and a peaceful setting, with access to a firepit alongside waterfalls. The Hideaway Cottages are on the same road as a Par 3 Public Golf Course. Located 1.5 miles from downtown New London and in close proximity to The New London Hospital, Colby Sawyer College, Proctor Academy, Lake Sunapee & Mt Sunapee. This area is plentiful in outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, Lakes/Beaches, and several local restaurants.
