Our cottage offers a country setting with all the comforts of home. Open floor plan, well equipped Kit. and full laundry room. Primary room with queen bed & private bath. Twin beds in the 2nd BR, 2nd full bath is off the hall. Relax on the porch or grill on the deck with firepit yard. WIFI access. We are a 10 minute drive from Charlotte Motor Speedway and a 5 minute drive to the downtown shops, cafes and galleries. We want to share a safe economical place for someone passing through. No parties. No smoking. No pets- no exception.

There are three other flats on site, Keswick Loft, Keswick Studio, and Keswick Tiny House. You can find them by zooming into the map at the Suite's location. Keswick Retreat is a serene space in a quiet neighborhood near the heart of uptown. The Retreat has large glass doors with lovely views of the surrounding trees that makes the unit feel like a treehouse. Custom details make Keswick Retreat a peaceful and sophisticated place to stay.

It is fully stocked for a family or traveling work person. Charming Union Street Historic District Studio

Enjoy a stay at this efficient studio inside a historic Union Street home. The studio is attached to the house but has its own dedicated entrance, porch, wifi, full kitchen (fully stocked), minor appliances, full bath with tub and double bed. Its a lovely half mile walk to the heart of downtown for shopping, food, drinks and all sorts of other things to see and do!
