Holiday cottage in Devon

The Old Bakehouse Cottage is set in the heart of historic Colyton, known as Devon’s most rebellious town! This gorgeous holiday home is perfect for families as well as friends seeking a peaceful country break. Dogs are welcome too. The cottage features a large and stylish open living space upstairs, with balcony, and two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor. There is parking for one car in the courtyard. Colyton is a short drive to some of the best beaches on the famous Jurassic Coast.

The Pod at Springwater is a unique, handcrafted property set up amongst the trees. It has two bedrooms: one double, with a large window and a view into the trees and the smaller, twin room, with offset bunk beds. The living room has a smart tv. There's also a well equipped bathroom with a great shower. Downstairs is accessed through a trapdoor in the floor to the kitchen or the fun way via the tube slide. Double doors open onto the backyard, which has an outdoor fireplace, pizza oven and bbq.

Park Gate, Colyton, Farmstay,near beaches-‘Annie’

We refurbished this 2010 caravan with CH and double glazing. Its an idyllic, peaceful spot set in a field with our milking herd (March to Oct)and horse on occasions). It's in close proximity to our 6 berth caravan , so space for up to 12 guests. It is set on its own behind our house and has some beautiful views. It is 10-15 minutes to the beaches of Lyme Regis, Seaton and Sidmouth. Its a very comfortable and spacious, 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed. Family friendly-travel cot, high chair available.

Hampton View Holiday Barns, The Dairy, Whitford.

Hampton View Dairy is one of 2 brand new single story barn conversions in the quiet village of Whitford, East Devon. There is plenty of parking and a large private garden. It is the perfect base for exploring Devon and Dorset and is close to many beautiful beaches along the Jurassic coast. Seaton, Lyme Regis, Beer, Branscombe and Sidmouth are all just a short drive away. Colyton with it's tramway is just down the road. Great for keen walkers or cyclist or the the perfect spot to just relax.

Colcombe Abbey Farm Holiday Caravans

Colcombe Abbey Farm is a family run working dairy farm located on the edge of Colyton. We have 100 Friesian dairy cows which are milked by robotic milking machine. You are welcome to view the cows being milked . We also have baby calves which have to be bottle fed morning and afternoon. There are baby turkeys, a few chickens, guinea fowl, Mr Grumpy the goose, and our 4 lovely horses. We also have 1 spaniel and a Dalmatian which are very friendly. EACH CARAVAN IS PRICED INDIVIDUALLY.

Buzzard Yurt - A unique eco holiday in East Devon

Unique and comfortable yurt (sleeps 5+), large terrace, stunning views - also you could check out Kingfisher yurt (bigger kitchen) by the swimming pond. Branscombe Chalet on the Beach

‘Curlew' is on East beach in the lovely Devon village of Branscombe. It has a unique position right on the beach on a raised elevation, throw open the balcony doors and you are looking out onto the ever changing sea and stunning coastline which is a World Heritage site and area of outstanding natural beauty. Two fine pubs supplying excellent food and locally brewed ales in the village and amazing cliff path walks East or West. Now a bookable sauna on the beach and free parking can be arranged

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.
