During the process we had four words represent our design mantra - "cozy, modern, vintage, grandma." The Cottage at Arrandale Farms

Nestled in the NW valley in the city of Phoenix, amongst the bustle of a sprawling metropolis there is a two-acre farm. It is a place of serenity, where time has no meaning, & nature flourishes. This is Arrandale Farms, a unique urban farm. The cottage is our original bnb on our farm since 2016. This year (2025) we have done extensive renovations to incorporate all of the great feedback we have received from guests over the years. We are excited to offer this unique experience. "Relax at this peaceful place that we call home". The home is located down a short gravel road in the small rural town of Rimrock (Turkey & goats on site) which is about 35 min from the Sedona. We are 15 min from Montezuma Castle, 10 min from Montezuma Well, 35 min from Old Town Cottonwood, and 45 min from historic Jerome. We are also 30 min from all the vineyards in Page Springs and 50 min from Flagstaff. Not much to do but be lazy.
