Beautiful Seaside Retreat Opposite Whitstable Harbour Located in the heart of Whitstable, our beautiful seaside retreat is directly opposite the harbour and just a stone’s throw from the beach. Perfectly positioned, it’s the ideal base for exploring Whitstable’s charming High Street, with its independent shops, cafés, restaurants and bars all within easy walking distance. The apartment features a large, cosy lounge with a dining table, Smart TV, games and books – the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the town. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals if you fancy a cosy night in. The modern bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, and we provide fresh towels, toiletries and a hairdryer for your convenience. To help you start your day, we include a complimentary breakfast hamper containing pastries, cereal, fruit, jam, butter, tea, coffee, sugar and fresh milk. Please note that the log burner is ornamental and is not for guest use. The apartment is accessed via two flights of stairs. The Studio beside The Barn Sweech Farm

Why not enjoy this historic place in a picturesque setting. The Studio is a 500-year old grain store, now converted into a studio annex. Situated at Sweech Farm in Broad Oak, The Studio is completely self-contained with a key safe for self-check in. It has a King-size bed, sofa, 32 inch tv with Netflix, hairdryer, small Kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee and tea making facilities, a breakfast area and en-suite shower room. There is a designated parking space, behind electric gates.

Pear Tree Lodge

Pear Tree Lodge has recently undergone a complete renovation. The property is self- contained from the main house with underfloor heating throughout and mid-century decor. There is a pretty garden exclusively for guests .Keys can be left out so guests can let themselves in and maintain their privacy, we will be on hand should you need anything. The property benefits from its own quiet shale driveway with off street parking. The lodge is a 15 minute walk to the beach, town and the train station.

Annex at the bottom of our garden with its own patio area with views of the pool and garden. Nice quiet area with fields and woodland walks nearby Keys left in door - guests can let themselves in, we are generally around if you have questions There is BBQ area and a heated pool (shared with hosts) for stays of 2 days or more. Please note pool heating is not turned on until about mid-end of May and turned off in September. 5 min to Herne Bay. 15 min to Whitstable 20 min to Canterbury
