🌊 Flint Cottage is just 3 minutes from the award-winning beach. 🛏 Two bedrooms: the master has a double bed, ensuite shower and desk; the second has a bunk bed with double below, single above, plus a desk. 🌙 Both bedrooms and the lounge have blackout curtains, helping everyone get a restful night’s sleep. 🛋️ The lounge has two sofas (one a sofa bed), a 48″ OLED TV with Google TV, PlayStation and games. 🌸 A private courtyard is filled with plants and features a handmade mosaic table.

The hand-built, eco-friendly wood cabin is in the shaded, far corner of the 1 acre plot, facing south towards downland, across fields and a small pond where water birds gather. This is a beautiful Family Annexe in West Sussex. We are 10/15 minutes from Littlehampton & Arundel. The historic town of Arundel is home to the stately Arundel Castle & Cathedral, aswell as antique shops, cafes & restaurants. Chichester Cathedral city & Goodwood are a 20 minutes drive. Great location for the South Downs National Park. We are close to some glorious beaches like Littlehampton (East & West Beach), Felpham, Bognor Regis & The Witterings.

THERE ARE JUST OVER 2 OUTSIDE STAIRCASES SO THE APARTMENT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ALL- SPORRY.

The Lodge is a Self-catering 2 double bedroom apartment accommodating one to four adults. It has it's own separate entrance, self check-in lockbox and free off-road parking spaces. We do have cats on the premises but not allowed in the lodge. We do not accommodate pets or children. Cosy but spacious accommodation within walking distance of Arundel Castle.
