Private suite with a king size bed

A two rooms private apartment with a king size bed. Strong wifi, smart tv, towels, clean sheets, refrigerator, portable induction cooktop (really efficient from Ikea), two heating plates, microwave, mini oven, pots and pan. There is also a sink beside the bed that might not appear on some pictures. Also access to a laundry and dryer machine in another room that you share with us, as we live in the same building. The actual bed is the one you see in the lasts pictures, still a king size.

Feel free to make yourselves at home in a beautiful cozy and private place, situated on the first floor of a duplex, 10 mins drive to downtown, 2 mins walk to the the most famous street in Le Sud-ouest area - Blv. Monk, which is a convenient area with many restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets ( Walmart, iga, provigo, maxi etc.) parks, and carrefour Angrignon. More than 100 sq ft living area with 8 ft ceiling. Everything you need only in a minutes walk.

Awesome studio, great location in NDG - CITQ301611

My place is private, cosy, clean and convenient. It is a two-minute walk to Monkland Village which has great restaurants​, grocery store, health store, coffee shops, bakeries and more. We are a 2-minute​ walk from the Villa Maria Metro station with access to Montreal city within 10-15 minutes and have free, non-permit parking outside the apartment. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with babies).

Studio with double bed, small kitchen, private bathroom and private entrance to the appartment. Really nice neighborhood, 10 min walk from the metro station Jolicoeur, which is at 8 stations from downtown (15 min). Really nice and welcoming. Half basement. The staircase is not very large (little smaller than regular stairs). The ceiling is lower than normal, 6 feet 7 inches (2 meters). Not suitable for more than 2 people! Perfect for short stay.
