This unique studio space has an open floor plan, murphy bed, vaulted ceilings and custom kitchen. Located one mile from campus corner, downtown and the University of Oklahoma there is easy access to stores, restaurants, museums and a 25 minute drive to Oklahoma City.

Two of the largest travel centers are less than a mile away (Quik Trip and eXpress). Room with Xbox projecting on 160” screen. Karaoke system. Backyard has swings, trampoline, pergola with black stone griddle and seating area with firepit. Corn hole set. NO PARTIES or EVENTS ALLOWED. NO EXCESS GARBAGE. Use only house curve and driveway for parking.

There are two barrier-free bathrooms, two spacious bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and a second with a queen bed. The delightful "Alley Nest", a cottage located in back, can be added to accommodate one or two more guests. Outside, enjoy dining and lounging on the wrap-around porch-fun for all ages and abilities.
