HEATED pool with a charge fee of $ 25 USD per day. BBQ grill has an extra charge of $40 USD (for the whole stay, including 1 propane gas and cleaning). The kitchen is cute and well equipped to cook a beautiful meal. The bathroom has been renovated recently and has a walk in shower. Downtown Clermont is a walk distance away separated by the 50 HWY. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. FWY, Studio is attached to the main house. Please be considerate and respect quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.
