Key-pad entry, private parking. 1 king bed, 1 bath, queen sofa bed, washer/dryer, WiFi, smart TV’s, blackout curtains,shampoo,conditioner,hairdryer,WiFi. Fully stocked kitchen, smokeless grill, wine fridge upon request, k-cup/drip coffee machine. The lake has bass, we provide fishing poles/tackle box. Rentable Kayaks & Canoe. Dogs okay, sorry no cats, pet fee $50.

Where you can shop, dine, or stroll the beach. 6 miles away will take you to the famous St Pete Beach or the St Pete pier.

La Casa Tranquil is the perfect place to stay to explore Clearwater. Outside your backdoor is a private patio to relax and grill. Right by your main entrance you will find access to the heated pool, patio, hot tub, and yard games that are shared by all of our rental guests onsite. Clearwater Beach is a 15 minute drive and ranked one of the world’s top 15 white sand beaches, also close by is our public golf course, baseball stadiums, many craft breweries, shops and dining.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The (quiet, uncrowded) beach is 75 steps away. The pier is a 2/3 of a mile walk (15 minutes) away. Restaurants, drinking holes and shopping are between the 2. This unit was completely renovated in April of 2023 and is modern by every standard. Everything you might need is there for you.
