Red Gate Farm is a full-service, upscale equestrian farm, containing the Cottage, original farm house and 50 horses & ponies. Convenient to Middleburg and Purcellville, you are surrounded by mountains, wineries, breweries, and hiking, with horses right at your doorstep. All in the beautiful town of Bluemont.

Our house is located about 65 miles West of Washington D.C. Near by to other scenic attractions as well- Shenandoah National Park, Luray Caverns, and Harper's Ferry!

This is just off Rte 7, located between Loudoun and Frederick Counties, less than 10 minutes to 81, in a private and relaxing setting. Looking for convenience to local amenities, in town for a wedding, Lucketts Fair, or Apple Blossom Festival, or just passing through and just need to kick your feet up, you found it.

Short drive to wineries, breweries, restaurants, and river. Bluemont escape is located in historic Loudoun County and includes a kitchenette and huge bedroom. This apartment sits on five acres with two other units. Enjoy the sunset from Bear’s Den overlook just across the street, grill out, or enjoy fire pit!

The Cottage at Stonecroft

Circa 1902, the Cottage is nestled at the foot of the Blueridge Mountains. The location will put you in touch with the history of the area, antique shops, wineries/breweries and nearby hiking. 2 bedrooms and bath upstairs; living room, dining table and full kitchen on main level (note ceilings in living/dining room are 6'3"). Wifi, fire pit and small charcoal grill. Absolutely no pets/animals. The property has video security system on the exterior of the property only.

Getaway from the city and escape to the countryside in this beautiful cabin recently renovated. Situated on a beautiful private lake, enjoy your morning coffee on the porch over looking the water, or enjoy the fire pit with the sunset. The cabin features a queen size bed, a full bathroom, a kitchenette, and a cozy living room area. There is also an outside grill and fire pit. We recently updated the kitchen and added a full size fridge/freezer.

Skyhorse Retreat Guest House

In the middle of VA wine country and only minutes to three Appalachian Trail trailheads. Located 45 miles west of Washington D.C., on a 10-acre property on top of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Private guesthouse (built Jan 2020) with a large deck overlooking trees. The Guest House sleeps 4, has a full kitchen, and access to a Hot Tub at the main house. Breakfast items and snacks included.

Creekside is located on a serene 2 acre property in the small town of Bluemont. Many wineries and breweries to visit with just a short drive, river tubing on the Shenandoah River and tons of hiking on the Appalachian Trail. 10 minutes to Purcellville to enjoy the small town, local events and great restaurants. Get ready for your weekend or week long getaway!
