Our place is nestled in a quiet neighborhood next to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. The base is a research and development installation, not really a very active airport. You will hear reveille and taps daily. The main gate of the base is a one minute drive. It’s a short three minutes to the center of downtown Fairborn and multiple restaurants as well as , beauty salons, and the towns famous FOYS Halloween destination. A short 10 minute drive to interstate 675 and interstate 70.

We have a 1000 sqft two bedroom basement apartment ( 12 steps) with a separate entrance, full kitchen, with a gas fire place and one bathroom. Ten acre farm with cows, dogs, goats and chickens. Collect the fresh eggs from the hens and feed the animals. Yellow Springs is near by. Buck Creek State Park and lake is within a 10 minute drive. Bring your boat we have plenty of parking available. No parties are allowed on this property!
