The boat is moored within a marina which means that there is very limited boat movement on the water. It is essentially a self-contained one-bedroom flat with an open-plan kitchen/ living-room, double bedroom and shower-room/ toilet. It has it's own entrance on to the front light-well. The house is right by Millfield Park, Hackney Marshes and the River Lea, leading through to the Olympic Park - ideal for long and short walks.
