The first floor has 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom, the 2nd floor has a suite with bedroom and bathroom.

The house is connected to my half of the house but you will have total privacy with your own separate entrance, private garden perfect for al fresco dining and access to our tennis court. Our beautiful new house is located in the heart of a Cotswold market town, Cirencester. The house is in a secluded private courtyard with its own private parking. The Coach House - Accommodates 6 people with two double bedrooms and one room with two singles. The house was built by us in 2017 so everything inside is brand new. We are currently adding to the property making it feel more like a home but it would serve as a great base point to explore the surrounding areas.

Perfectly located for RIAT, being walking distance from the Green Entry Point, The Old Bakery At The Grange is an ideal cottage for exploring all that the Cotswolds has to offer whatever the season. We are a few minutes’ walk away from The Old Spotted Cow pub. The cottage is full of country character and the interiors reflect our love of travel. Due to the character features of the cottage, it is unsuitable for very young toddlers and those unsteady on their feet.
