Willow Sett Cottage

Willow Sett Cottage is the perfect comfortable stay for two. You’ll be centrally located in the Hayfield preservation area with easy access to local amenities and spectacular Peak District walks. Our 200 year old spacious one bed cottage offers all mod coms, including king size bed with 100% eco bedding. The modern bathroom offers combined bath/shower. The kitchen is well equipped and leads out to an outdoor balcony with views. The cosy living room offers plenty of seating, Smart TV and a fire.

Dove Cottage.

Welcome to our cute converted stone outbuilding in a quiet part of the village which is a small village on the Woodhead Pass on the edge of Manchester and the Peak District. It is ideally situated for walkers enjoying the Pennine Way and Longdendale Trail. There are good road and public transport links to the village. Guests will have the privacy of the cottage but we are available in our family home opposite. Additional fees are added for early check in and check out. £5 charge for pets.

Located in the village of Hollingworth which is on the edge of the Peak District National park. Surrounded by breath taking scenery and countryside. It is a great base for exploring all that the Peak District has to offer. Mam Tor, the Longdendale Trail, Kinder Scout and the Pennine Way. For hikers, cyclists and climbers or just chilling out in nature. There is also easy train access to central Manchester. A journey of around 40 minutes departing from Hadfield village (2 miles away).

The Old Surgery

This cute little apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay while exploring the beautiful Peak District which will be on your doorstep. A walk in wet-room bathroom, comprehensively equipped kitchen for keen cooks, super comfortable king size double bed on its own mezzanine level. For big nights out, it is just a couple of minutes walk from Newtown Railway station which gets you to directly to central Manchester in 1/2 an hour. Excellent WiFi connection on private network.

Incredible cottage directly overlooking pretty stream. Blissful nights sleep to background noise of running water. Ideal base for tackling Kinder Scout. Michelin guide pub The Pack Horse opposite. Patio is a stunning sun trap with views of the river Sett and village of Hayfield. Enjoy a morning coffee or an evening wine relaxing on the patio watching the ducks float across the river or a cosy evening in front of the living room log burner. Stockport self contained room close to airport

This is a self contained, ground floor room with en-suite shower room, kitchenette and private entrance. Key safe for quick and easy self check-in. This is a newly refurbished space, with a large window and blind which makes it very light and bright but with privacy. There is a double bed with storage drawers under, a walk in storage area with hanging rail, wall mounted TV and wall mounted drop down table and foldaway chairs which make a useful eating/ work space. Located in Marple bridge with cafe's, pubs and restaurants in the village and public footpaths from your door step, it has something for everyone. The Lodge offers a King size bed, ensuite shower room & fully fitted kitchen/diner.

Primrose Cottage in the Peak District

Primrose Cottage is a spacious and comfortable one bedroomed cottage set adjacent to the owners property. Accommodation is split level with a couple of steps separating the bedroom and living area from the fully equipped dining kitchen. A modern shower room with complementary toiletries complete the space. Guests can access the cottage either from the shared courtyard or the private garden area. There is off street parking and wifi at the property.

Self contained annexe

Self contained annexe in my private garden with ensuite bathroom. Own entrance via side gate. Fridge and kettle with tea and coffee and also microwave, toaster and crockery/cutlery/glasses. Breakfast cereal and milk is supplied and guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. Gym and pool across the road , also pub and takeaways within walking distance. Includes towels and toiletries. Sunday evenings are available by request.
