Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. A beautifully refurbished 3 bedroom/3 bathroom apartment in the stunning South Hams village of Frogmore. Located at the head of Frogmore Creek on the Kingsbridge Estuary, The Granary is perfectly placed to explore the area’s beautiful beaches, coves and countryside. The coast is just 3 miles away, as is the charming market town of Kingsbridge which has a whole host of independent shops, two supermarkets, a cinema and great restaurants. Salcombe and Dartmouth are also within easy reach.

A beautiful open plan studio apartment, furnished to the highest standard for self-catering with a fully equipped kitchen with oven, grill, hob, fridge, microwave. There is a dining area, lounge equipped with a TV and a great wet room. Outside is a private patio area with sun loungers and bistro set. Ample parking on drive. A cream tea awaits you on arrival. 1 night bookings only accepted Sun-Thurs. 3 night stays in the summer preferred, but ask to see if we can accommodate you.

"The Bothy" is a cosy loft room with ensuite. It is perfect for a short getaway for those who enjoy the outdoors. We are surrounded by beautiful countryside with plenty of walks and great pubs nearby. It is located in a small hamlet near Chillington - it's rural so a car is essential. We are a 10 minute drive from the South West Coastal Path, and Beesands Torcross beaches. For walkers of the coastal path, we offer a pick-up drop-off service. Please message for details.

The Old Laundry is a large airy studio space with dining area, kettle, fridge, toaster, microwave and tabletop electric cooker. A king-size bed and a single bed for a third guest, and a gorgeous bathroom with a newly added heated towel rail. The apartment is private with its own front door, an outside courtyard and the pool a stroll away that looks over the sea and our three acres of garden to relax in. It is ideally located for exploring the beautiful South Hams.

Beesands with its renowned pub & fish restaurant and the coastal path are less than a mile away. The barn is situated approx. 6 miles from Kingsbridge and 8 miles from Dartmouth. Salcombe is easily reached by foot ferry from East Portlemouth 5 miles away.
