Shiloh Cottage

Slow down and experience country life on our little plot of land. The cottage is located on our 6 acre property with a tree-lined view with cows in the pasture from the front porch and a sweet view of the ducks in the pond and sheep grazing from the bedroom window. We have two Great Pyrenees dogs, 2 cats, and chickens. There might be occasional barking. If prolonged, we will bring them in. Fully stocked kitchen. There is always plenty of coffee, coffee creamer, and homemade scones for breakfast.

King/Queen Fully Stocked Luxury Townhome

Emmyllie Court is a peaceful community, less than 3 miles from OCI, Lee University, the Cleveland Greenway and most stores, coffee shops and restaurants. The upstairs king and queen suites boast private bathrooms and walk-in closets. Bedroom 3 with 2 twins is on the main floor as well as the half bath and laundry room. Get up with the birds and enjoy complimentary coffee on the back patio or cozy up in the reading nook. A fully stocked kitchen will supply breakfast and basics for a great meal.

Country Rose Cottage

Located on the edge of Tracy City, a wonderful place for hiking trails, rock climbing and peaceful natural waterfalls. Only fifteen miles away from the Bluegrass underground. Less than one mile to Firey Gizzard Trail and six miles to Foster Falls and Denny cove. Great for a quiet getaway. Nice deck on the back, cute porch on front. Comes with a gas grill out back, Fire pit and large yard to relax in. If needing a ride to a concert at the Caverns please ask us about our rides availability.

Hemlock Cottage - An enchanting place to stay!

Hemlock is a quaint cottage nestled in a forest of Hemlock trees! The porch is a tranquil spot where you look out over the the woodlands beyond. While you relax on the porch keep a lookout for wildlife which include whitetail deer, turkey and foxes. At night, turn on the bistro lights that hang in the trees and enjoy a relaxing evening in the woods by a fire. Watermore cottage is located next door if you are looking for more room, you can rent both cottages. Pet fee of $30 max 2 dogs.

This is a complete glamping experience! Think tiny house. This 12x12 tree house is equipped with an outdoor kitchen, a table for two, lounger and chair, wifi, Roku TV with Angel Studios, Great American Pure Flix, Prime, air conditioning, board games, books, comfy queen bed, air conditions, gas log, coffee, greenhouse bathhouse, and fire pit. Comfy, cozy, and adorable 60's rancher at the base of Missionary Ridge with a wonderful view of Lookout Mountain. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans as well as herbs and spices. Close to I-24, Hwy 27, and I-75. Bring the pets and kids! The yard is fenced with a small garden and patio. There's usually a relaxing breeze around the back with a wooded area behind you for a bit of privacy or sit on the front porch and enjoy a beautiful sunset over Lookout Mountain.

What began as "hey let's list part of our house on Airbnb", ended up in a full remodel and enlisting the assistance of a professional decorator to create a guest suite in the daylight basement that we now like better than our main house! The suite is spacious, comfortable and very private. From the private pathway to the private patio and the private entrance, and now including the private plunge pool just for your use!
