My home is comfy & quaint. 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, NW facing deck, screened porch, TV/family room, LR, DR and kitchen. Large front yard. Next to bike path near Leddy Beach. Lots of light and privacy. Robust wifi. and smart TV’s. Great for a couple with kids. 2 or 3 couples work too. 2 queen beds and 1 full. AC in Master and LR. Light bfast/coffee. No smoking indoors and I do NOT permit pets.
