About 2000 square feet with 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Maximum occupancy in winter is 5 people if one person is willing to sleep on the very comfortable couch. Aurora viewable from within house if weather and aurora activity cooperate.

Exclusive Riverfront Cottage

Our house is located on the banks of the Chena River. Large deck and sunny front room great for enjoying the Midnight Sun or Winter Northern Lights. Within walking distance of one of Fairbanks' best restaurants and a short drive from many of Fairbanks' most visited attractions. One bedroom with queen bed, one office with double bed, and a full kitchen. *Extra adults (2+) each at $45/night.

The little log cabin in the woods

This little log cabin gives guests an authentic Alaskan experience of "damp" (running water at the sink, heated outhouse, no shower) cabin living with all the creature comforts in a cozy spot nestled in the woods. It's close to town, but far enough away to see auroras in the dark winter skies. Close to trails and local entertainment and food, but you just might see a moose walk by.

Our UPSTAIRS studio has a full kitchen, bath and laundry that sleeps up to THREE people. The kitchen, dining, living and sleeping areas are all open to each other, while the bathroom and laundry have a separate space within the Studio. The Northern Lights Layover has a full kitchen, full bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower, and a washer & dryer. The home also has a large, shared yard and off street parking with high speed internet and WIFI. The home is located less than 4 minutes from the airport!

We built the Rocky Top AirBnB as an Aurora-viewing, winter-loving house: its walls are a foot thick, with radiant floors heated by an environmentally-friendly vegetable-oil boiler. At night, watch the Aurora from bed or the large north-facing windows. The large couch is a comfortable place to watch the low winter sun traverse the mountains to the south during the day.
