Quirky Tin Cottage near the Mendip Hills

Our cottage is a quirky wooden framed, tin clad cottage, sitting on the banks of a stream, next to our house. Although small it feels much bigger with a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It can sleep 4 people with the use of the sofa bed. It features a wood burning stove, (it also has central heating ;-)), a gorgeous mural across one wall, a veranda for sitting and watching the world go by, oh and it also has full WiFi, smart TV and sound system if this all sounds a little rustic.

Relax in our beautiful former coach house, stylishly renovated and conveniently located for a peaceful stay in the heart of the Somerset Levels. The Coach House boasts a brand-new kitchen with Nespresso machine, living area, bedroom with luxury king bed, and ensuite with roll-top bath and separate shower. Upstairs is a twin bedroom and shower room. Providing easy access to explore all Somerset has to offer, found in the centre of the village and just a stones-throw from two country pubs and shop

The Pod at Springwater is a unique, handcrafted property set up amongst the trees. It has two bedrooms: one double, with a large window and a view into the trees and the smaller, twin room, with offset bunk beds. The living room has a smart tv. There's also a well equipped bathroom with a great shower. Downstairs is accessed through a trapdoor in the floor to the kitchen or the fun way via the tube slide. Double doors open onto the backyard, which has an outdoor fireplace, pizza oven and bbq.

Wendale Barn is a beautifully renovated, compact, detached building, the perfect place to relax on the edge of Cheddar. With private patio, decking and stunning views of the reservoir and Glastonbury Tor. Private, romantic, the ideal getaway, with double bed upstairs and sofa-bed in the living room; although it is open plan, so the shared space isn’t private. Access is via a run of steps up the hillside, some garden terraces are up to 1.1m high, without guardrails and there is a shallow pond.

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Charming well-appointed one bed self-contained accommodation in a restored 1840s cottage. Situated in an elevated position in the pretty Somerset village of Compton Martin near Wells, nestling in the beautiful Mendip countryside and Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. With far reaching views of Chew Valley and Blagdon lakes, you're also close to Wells, Bath, Bristol and Weston-super-Mare. This delightful accommodation is just a stone's throw from the extremely popular village pub.

Doris our shepherds hut

Doris our shepherd's hut is nestled in our paddock and meadow on the Somerset levels and has lovely views over neighbouring fields. It is close but not too close to our other hut Daphne and our annexe room Huberts. We are keen to encourage flora and fauna and manage the paddock accordingly. We are situated on the outskirts of a small village and the edge of the Somerset levels. We are ideally situated for sightseeing around Somerset. Daphne our other hut is also in the paddock.
