Built in 2023, the Green Heron Cottage is our 3BR/2 BA 1,700 sq ft modern design open concept space that sits on our 4.5 acres lake front property with 650 feet of water frontage. This retreat is close to everything, ~30-35 minutes to Ft Moore/Columbus, Pine Mtn & Auburn/Opelika. Private fire pit, hammock and yard. On a 3/4 acre lot, this is pet and child-friendly with a fenced-in area for your family/pets. Close to Mall of GA shopping, Cumming, Sugar Hill and Lake Lanier Islands. Private covered parking in carport. Long driveway!

The completely renovated 2 bedroom/1 bath home has an outdoor covered kitchen perfect for family meals. The 20x40 ft deck off the kitchen provides plenty of space for entertaining, playing or an outdoor movie! We have several kayaks, paddleboard, water tubes, carpet islands and games to build memories to last a lifetime. 4 night minimum May-August.
