To welcome you to our world our decor is neutral glam, in private and peaceful surroundings in Cowies Hill with a large deck overlooking a nature reserve. Features: air conditioning with heater, large TV with full DSTV bouquet, WiFi uncapped 40 meg line, use of a swimming pool, and workspace. The self catering kitchen has refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, airfryer, induction cooking plate, plus all crockery & cutlery. Bedroom has comfortable double bed and cupboard.

Upstairs on Impangele

Next to Makaranga (currently closed), the unit has 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The kitchen area has a table & chairs, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, induction cooker, air fryer & microwave. Stocked with tea, coffee & sugar. Each of the rooms have a king size bed which can be split into 2 singles, so can sleep 4 people. One of the bedrooms has an aircon & the other a fan and heater. Deck has a bistro table & chairs as well as a daybed for relaxing. Off street parking for 1 car.

The Pad - A Quiet Refuge

This centrally located bachelor flat is perfect for the city explorer or out of town business person. Nestled in a peaceful leafy neighbourhood with the beach 10 minutes away and nightlife just around the corner. The unit has its own entrance and secure parking. Also this unit is on the solar system so no load shedding issues! Please note the unit is on a shared property and their is a dog. Not suitable for parties or noisy get togethers. Guests who disrespect this will be asked to leave.

Come and experience the cute little 20ft shipping container that has been turned into a cozy stay for a single or couples. The functional kitchen with all the basic necessities will be all you need to create a romantic dinner, or even just a coffee for yourself - both of which can be enjoyed with a tree-top view from the deck. The shower is surprisingly spacious and the gas geyser ensures hot water always. This space aims to delight and invoke a sense of serenity as you focus on the basics.

The apartment is beautifully renovated and ideal for both leisure and business. It has two workstations for guests who are traveling on business, and a picturesque bedroom. The separate lounge has two comfortable couches (not for sleeping). The large kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge and sink. The apartment is on the ground floor and easy to access. Guest parking is right next to the apartment. The apartment is close to Montclair Mall.

Located in a quiet, access controlled cul de sac this upstairs maisonette has spectacular views from the outside deck. This is an upstairs unit above the main house, with 13 steps walk up access. The private entrance with allocated parking, gives you privacy and peace of mind. The ensuite bathroom has access to a very spacious and comfortable bedroom with a queen sized bed. There is a separate open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. The lounge has a sleeper couch for the kids.

Rupert House

Private accommodation for two in a friendly family home in the leafy suburb of Kloof. Off road parking in a secure and quiet environment. Separate access through the garden. Queen size bed with full bathroom (shower and bath). French doors lead to your own veranda where you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of the garden and pool. Fully equipped private kitchenette for self catering. Complimentary tea, coffee, milk and rusks are provided. Not suitable for small children.

A quaint studio apartment, located in a quiet neighborhood, situated behind our family home. The apartment is ideally suited for 1 person but does have a Queen size bed if you are a couple. Secure off street parking is provided with a private entrance to the apartment. Less then 1 km to upmarket restaurants, 5km to the Pavilion Shopping Centre and only 12km to the beach and city. My office is on the property and so I am happy to assist with any queries you may have.
