Les vignobles se situent à une dizaine de minutes, Saint-Emilion n'est qu'à environ 30mn sans oublier les coopératives de Cognac et Bordeaux à environ une heure.

The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.
