Barndominium: Finger Lakes Gateway & Hobby Farm

This is a complete 800 sq ft Barndominium that is part of a newly built barn. Although the original design was not for a living space, a returning adult child made the transformation into what it is today. We are delighted to share this area with visitors who want to enjoy the flexibility of seclusion on the 50 acre hobby farm and use this as a base camp to enjoy the surrounding sites. This is wine country for sure! Within 8 miles is the Glider Capital of the world as well as historic Corning.

Enjoy our forest in cabin w/queen bed near creek w/electricity, lights, portable heater, hammock, picnic table, fire pit w/grill, BBQ& chairs. A short walk uphill 2 outdoor hot water on demand private shower & toilet. Well water from sink & spiquot drinkable. No firewood can come in b/c of invasive species so we sell bundles on porch. Park next to cabin. Near Ithaca, Watkins Glen, State Parks- Treman, Buttermilk, Taughannock & Watkins Glen & 60 wineries/breweries around Lakes Seneca & Cayuga.

House on the Hill

A tiny house with the comforts of home. Single Bedroom stair free in-law suite with amazing sunsets and the feeling of being in the middle of the woods while still being close enough to enjoy a reasonable drive to some of the Finger Lakes best hiking trails, food, wineries and other destination locations. If you come in the winter you will want an all wheel drive vehicle if there is snow on the roads, but half a mile down the hill and you are on the state highway to the finger lakes region.

Take a break and unwind at Harpy Hollow in this cozy 12x16 A-frame cabin. Nestled in the forest of wine country, there’s plenty of adventures just waiting for you! From hiking to biking, breweries, wineries, distilleries, or just relaxing by the fire. You will find a comfortable place to relax after a long day of making memories. Ithaca Falls View Apartment

Beautiful, private location at the top of Ithaca Falls. A bedroom with a queen bed for 2, a sofa that can sleep 1, a private bathroom, and living room. There is no kitchen or dining room, but there is a a small dining table, two chairs, a microwave, a coffeemaker with coffee, filters, disposable tableware, a toaster, and a mini-fridge (in the closet). It is a 5-minute drive to downtown Ithaca and Cornell University. Ithaca can easily be reached by car, bike, bus, or foot.
