The stand alone cottage is set back from the water in a private fenced property with only a couple of other units. It has a private bedroom with a queen bed and a double futon in the living area. It has a cozy living area/kitchen with all the basics. Nice cold ac and toasty hot water shower. 12.5% tax collected on arrival.

BBQ grill & picnic tables in the yard which is shared with us and any other guests. We have five rentals on our property. We live on site with our two daughters, two dogs, and two cats.

My home is fully equipped with all appliances, a king bed, AC, T.V, Wifi and not to mention a washer and dryer. Come experience Belize while maintaining all modern amenities.
