Located on a large 1.2 acre waterfront lot, The 380 sq ft tiny home consists of one bedroom and stairs to a loft, both with queen size beds, there is a second loft for storage or play area for children. The tiny home is ideal for four adults or two adults and two children. Our tiny home is rated for -40 degrees Celsius and we have a Standby Generac Generator that turns on automatically, so you will never be out of heat or WIFI; and there is snow removal

Located five minutes from Royalty Crossing Mall and close to grocery stores and shops in Charlottetown.

Rose is our only two level, one bedroom cottage. The upper floor contains a bedroom with a QUEEN bed, a balcony with a view of the water and a 2 piece bathroom. The main floor contains a 4 piece bathroom with a tub, a separate well-equipped kitchenette and a living/dining area with a sofa bed. Rose also has an enclosed front porch.
