The "Little Red Cottage" in Cave Springs

Welcome to the “Little Red Cottage” in Cave Springs. This Historic Farmhouse was completely renovated with the exception of the original wood floors. The decorating is full of color, detail and elegance, and yet the floor-plan is very functional and comfortable. This 1200 square foot cottage sits on 20 acres in the middle of Northwest Arkansas, close to everything. Just 6 miles to XNA, 8 miles to the Walmart Home office, miles to Crystal Bridges , and 17 miles to the University of Arkansas. This cottage is immaculately clean for the most particular travelers. The house is limited to 4 people and has a no pet policy and is a no smoking home. However, smoking is permitted outside on the patios. There are three patio/porch areas to enjoy the great outdoors and don’t be surprised by the resident deer in the yard. The is plenty of room to park horse trailers, bike trailers, and RV’S. Just let us know what your needs are and hopefully we can accommodate them.

Newly remodeled Barndominium nestled on acreage in Cave Springs. Features large deck and patio that backs up to a large wooded lot. All of this is less than 3 miles from a plethora of upscale shopping and dining establishments, Walmart Amp, Top Golf, Rogers Convention Center and the Pinnacle shopping area all under 5 minutes away. XNA airport and Osage house are under 7 miles and downtown Bentonville under 8. We live on the same property in a separate house, that is not facing the Barndominium.

Whether you're looking to explore nature or here for a business trip, we are a short 3- minute drive from the Northwest Arkansas National Airport and a 10-minute drive from one of the Razorback Greenway trailheads.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Newly constructed guest house with separate bedroom, bathroom, living room, full kitchen and laundry. Close to the airport and Wal-Mart AMP and perfect for those Razorback home games. Enjoy all NWA has to offer while staying in a detached studio apartment located in a private seven house subdivision. Our “bee” themed rental is just 1 mile from I-49 and one 1.5. miles from the Amp. Central to Crystal Bridges, Top Golf, Walmart home offices. Bedding is: 1 queen bed, full size sofa bed, and twin mattress (stored under the queen bed). The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your enjoyment. Trail-bike storage can be arranged in advance. Come and “BEE” our guest.
