Industrial Apartment in the Old Town

The industrial apartment, built in 1908, is located in the historic old town of Tbilisi, just a ten-minute stroll from Freedom Square. The decor retains the authentic charm of the old town and adds a modern touch to it. The building next door was being renovated for couple of months, but the work has been finished. We had a temporary problem with the central heating (two heaters were not fully heating up) but we solved it. We also purchased an additional electric heater in case of necessity.

The apartment is located in one of the central, historic districts. You will stay in a typical Georgian old building. The property is studio-style and has a cozy balcony. The house is old but fully renovated and designed by me. The apartment is bright and comfortable, with a full bathroom (4 sq. m) and a kitchen. The apartment offers self check-in. Very lovely and cozy apartment in the center of Tbilisi. The apartment is located just 7 minutes uphill walk from Rustavelli Avenue, and therefore has a beautiful view of the whole city. About a 10-minute-walk to both central Metro stations-Liberty square and Rustaveli. Bus stop, Opera house, Rustaveli theater, Georgian national museum, Galleria Tbilisi - a big mall with cafes, restaurants, markets, shops and many more are in a walking distance.

Cozy apartment, in vintage style, is located in Old Tbilisi, on the third floor in Tbilisian yard, near from Freedom square. Apartment is on -8 minute walk from subway and bust stations. Any interesting part of the city can be reached on foot and is really close from our place. Everything is near: Theatre and Opera buildings, old churches, museums, cafes and restaurants.
