This modern and comfortable townhouse includes sitting room, kitchen/diner, downstairs toilet and double bedroom and bathroom. There is parking for 2 cars and an enclosed rear patio and paved area. Local amenities including the beach, shops, cafes and golf course are a 10 minute walk away. Local train and bus services operate regularly to Coleraine, Portrush, Londonderry and Belfast.

Being a Studio Apartment everything (except the bathroom) is located in one room. 1 luxury kingsize bed, well equipped kitchenette, dressing table, breakfast bar with stools and all of the necessary utensils. Lots of restaurants within 10/15 minutes drive.
