Large house of character from 1850, 45 km south of Toulouse. 450m 2, very spacious, neat decoration. Furnished tourism rated 4 out of 5 stars. Rent on WE, weekly and bi-weekly. Available all year. Upstairs 7 bedrooms: 5 large bedrooms (5 double rooms) and 1 small room 1 pers bed 90 X 190 cm + all the equipment for 4 babies: 2 beds 60 X 150 cm -up to 5 years-, travel bed + bed-bench in +, soft baby park, bath and 2 new bath chairsborn and baby, toys... And 1 very large and beautiful bright dorm-games room with 6 white patinated bunk beds or 12 beds 1 person, toys. So 23 persons. Large closets available in each room. 3 large bathrooms, 2 separate toilets. Dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, freezer, washing machine, dryer. Lingerie. House well heated in winter. On the ground floor: - English lounge: games room for teenagers and adults: billiards, darts. - Moroccan lounge: new big TV, Wii, DVD, library, board games, reading room and rest. - Main living room of 50m2 with large fireplace, piano. - Large bright stone kitchen with fireplace, fully equipped (including Thermomix, Nespresso coffee,...). Internet connection. Outside: - Large terrace (exceptional relaxing view of the hilly countryside) for aperitif/ lunch/ dinner and roller skating, skate... - Large pool 6m X 12m (secured by fence with gate opening from the inside), without any vis à vis, to be used under the supervision of an adult, nice outdoor shower warm. Parasol. Access pool wooden staircase irregular slightly slippery: draws your attention for great caution in these stairs. - Petanque, clean sandbox, swings (including baby swing and rope knots), large barbecue, very large flower garden overlooking the fields of sunflowers/ wheats. Outdoor facilities (tables for 18 people, chairs, many woven sunbeds). Large trampoline secured by a net to be used under adult supervision. Garden and pool maintained by professionals. Nice chicken coop: 2 hens (organic eggs at your disposal). In the countryside, the house, bordered by 2 rows of plane trees, is on a hill surrounded by 2 oak woods: view of the slopes of Lauragais beautiful and soothing. Parking for 6 cars. House 500m from the road so no danger for the little ones. From the large room, you can see the mountain range of the Pyrenees. Very quiet. Cleaning after you leave. Arrival time: 5 pm Departure time: 10am for weekly rental, 16 pm for weekend rental. Sheets, large quality towels, bath mats, tea towels and bibs provided on request at a price of 400 € (package) per week only. This is an option to pay on the site. Archery activity at home by reservation (Parcours des portes des Couserans). All amenities in the village at 2 km (caterer butcher Capel, large supermarket open all day and Sunday morning, quality bakeries, primeur and organic department store, butchers, local market, beauty institute, service station, pharmacy, medical and dental office, osteopath, garagiste, etc...). Many sites to visit (the medieval city of Carcassonne, the castle of Foix, the many prehistoric caves, the Cathar churches, the very pretty typical villages such as Saint-Sulpice sur Lèze 7 km (very good restaurant: La Commanderie), Carla Bayle: charming artist village where an open air ball with different bands takes place on the main square every Thursday evening in summer, the mills of the Guard-pasteliers- just in front of the house 3 km which has been completely restored, sheep with their shepherd at 100m, farm at 600m -the occasion of a walk- with animals: geese, rabbits,...), very good pony-club in the countryside at 2 km for sessions without subscription the Poney Vert (from 2 years to 10 years), beautiful hikes around the house or in the Pyrenees 45 minutes, descents by canoe-kayak on the Ariège and rafting. Having 3 of our children in higher education, the household maintenance expenses are heavy! We have therefore decided to rent it when we are not there and thus optimize our equipment and services by positioning ourselves towards the high end. Our South-West region is so beautiful, so rich, that we want to share it! Rates vary according to the period. Free all year on request. Not suitable for large weddings (sloping terrain making it difficult to set up tents), only for small weddings of about 30 to 70 people (maximum 23 people can sleep on site) Parties and parties permitted under certain conditions. Located outside a small, quiet hamlet (altitude 800 metres) at the end of a winding road, the south-facing barn enjoys panoramic views of the mountains, and is surrounded by fields and woods - with no vis-à-vis! Entirely renovated using ecological materials, the gîte retains all the charm and authenticity of a Pyrenean dwelling, but with all the comfort of a purpose-built gite. The barn caters to everybody – couples, solos, families with children, and walkers with their four-legged friends.

Au sein de l'éco-lieu "La Colline aux Chevreuils", situé sur les hauteurs du Volvestre face aux Pyrénées à moins d'une heure de Toulouse. La Cabane du Chevreuil vous accueille sur un site permacole de 4 ha pour un séjour confortable, dépaysant et instructif en pleine nature. En option le soir venu un plateau de 10 variétés de fromages fermiers vous sera servi dans la cabane ou dehors pour admirer le coucher de soleil accompagné de salade et de vin ainsi que de gourmands desserts maison .

Appartement avec entrée independante . Chambre lumineuse et espace dédié au travail . Situé au 1er etage d'une villa. La cuisine est extérieure à l appartement. L accès se fait par un escalier extérieur. Possibilité d' acceder à une veranda commune avec l hote pour repas à l extérieur . Nous nous situons dans un lotissement très calme en bordure de village. Commerces et centre village à 5 minutes à pied. Lac à 5 minutes à pied. La nature est toute proche pour balades à pied ou velo.
