Here you will find beautiful landscaping, children's play swings, walking paths, and more. 11% Mendocino Tax is collected via Airbnb. Kids 2/under = free. We honor the land's history and ancestral stewards by giving 5% of every night stayed to indigenous Mendocino tribes and organizations

Conveniently located 15 minutes south of Mendocino, this property offers privacy with space to spread out between the houses. Note: bear, fox, hawks, quail, bats, lizards, banana slugs, bobcat, spiders are part of the forest ecosystem and may occasionally visit the vicinity.

Additional $25 Ev charging. $25 a day per pet up to 3 pets. We have a price list for ballons, gift baskets etc. Attached to a guest home by 5 feet but private entrance.
