My number is +34 689298510 The Olympic Village is a residential and quiet neighborhood, surrounded by parks and beaches, perfect for spots, resting and strolling with the family. It has a renovated marina, a 12km large promenade and a wide range of bars and good restaurants It is a young neighborhood and became one of the favorite areas to live in Barcelona, due to its parks, its convenient access to several beaches, the design apartments and the port. We highly recommend this area as it is very quiet, safe and familiar The bus stop and the Turistic bus stop are just in front of the building, and you are just 2 minutes walk from the nearest Metro Station, Cuitadella (L4) -City tax is not included on the price. You have to pay it cash or credit card at the check in: 2.48€/person/night. Kids under 12 years old do not pay. -Check-in time is at 15:00hs but we always try to adapt to our guests if we don't have another group of people checking-out the same day. One of us will be waiting for you in the flat at the time previously agreed to give you the keys and help you with anything you may need. There is no 24 hours reception so it's very important for us to know your exact arrival time and your flight number. There is an extra charge for late check-in: from 21:00hs to 23:00hs: 30€, after 23:00hs: 50€ to be paid when you arrive to the apartment. -Check-out time is at 11:00hs. House with first quality finishes in all spaces, lounge carefully worked with modernist tiles made by Gaudí, kitchen Bulthaup, upstairs suite with rustic natural oak wood flooring, sleeping area with king-size bed, bathroom with original ceiling… It is a vintage house completely renovated with lots of light all day and with a large garden of 350 m2 to enjoy the relaxing area in the middle of the trees. Very close to the train station and only 15 minutes from Barcelona both by car and by train.

There are 80m2 of apartment and 30m2 of terrace to enjoy during your stay. Poblenou is an up an coming neighbourhood, with small cafes, art studios and a pedestrian street with many restaurants and bars, and we've come to absolutely fall in love with it.
