Gated 5 acres property that is a wonderful place to get away from it all. Our home has 1,500 square foot and is located 12 miles from Choctaw Casino and Resort and 10 miles from Texoma lake. You will find a dedicated coffee station that includes both a Keurig as well as brewed coffee. For the younger ones, they will get to enjoy a dedicated kids space that includes a table/4 chairs as well as books/games. The home features an outside deck with a grill/rocking chairs to enjoy the sunset.

This custom built lake house is great for families, friends or small groups. One bedroom, half bath and living area downstairs. Another bedroom, full bath, living area and kitchen upstairs. The perfect place to stay for your guided fishing trip or bring your own boat up and enjoy everything Lake Texoma has to offer. You’ll find our place accommodating and relaxing. Orange, which is our 4 grandsons' favorite color, has excellent accommodation's for adults, w/ everything needed for a 2 or 30 night stay. Outside, ample parking-including your boat, battery charging station, fire pit, huge porch, hammock and much more. Children will enjoy 2 swings, a tree fort and a fully equipped playhouse. Play area is remote from neighbors and roads. All on an acre w/ a small creek. As your host less than 5 minutes away, I'll do my best to make your stay wonderful!
