This cozy a-frame cabin is situated on Meadow Brook and directly beside Mactaquac Provincial Park. This tiny concept a-frame has everything you need, with a beautifully modern kitchen, dining table, sofa, queen bedroom and a stunning bathroom with custom tile shower. It also comes with outdoor fire pit and a wood fired hot tub nestled against the steam!

We are nestled in the hillside, surrounded by forest & wildlife. Pet friendly during the months of May-October. Great news, the snowmobile and ATV trails are located just 2 minutes from the cottage! When given the opportunity, this is the perfect escape to view deer and wild turkeys! Take an adventure wheeling, snowmobiling, snowshoeing or hiking. End the day with a bonfire and star gazing or snuggle up by the indoor wood stove. You decide it's your vacation to enjoy!

Salmon Hill Loft

The loft has approx. 900 square feet of open space with a natural and comfortable atmosphere to relax or work. Well stocked kitchen, groomed nature trails to hike, ski or snow shoe. The main house has a hot tub that is private and for your enjoyment during your stay where you can enjoy the breathtaking Saint John River view. Appalachian Mountain Cabin

A quiet place to unplug and unwind. This off-grid cabin is tucked away on private property with a private entrance so it feels remote yet safe. Enjoy fishing, kayaking, swimming from our 1800 feet of frontage on the Meduxnekeag river, or hiking and snowshoeing on our 70+ acres. 5 minutes from the Houlton Golf course and the snowmobile trails. Roast some smores on the campfire with the kids at sunset, or cosy up and watch a movie inside on a rainy day.

This brand-new ski chalet, built in 2025, is just 5 minutes' walk from the hill. It features two bedrooms, sleeping up to 6 with a pull-out couch, plus a full kitchen and a cozy electric fireplace. Relax in the custom shower or luxury bathtub, and enjoy Starlink internet and a 50-inch flat-screen TV. With a mudroom for gear, in-unit washer/dryer, and a hot tub for après-ski relaxation, it’s the perfect mountain retreat for your next getaway.
