Perfect space for couples. One bedroom with king sized bed with the only shower room being en-suite to it. Can comfortably accommodates up to 2 extra people on the sofa bed in the living room (small double at £10 pppn). With good local amenities, access into St Ives is really easy. Garden views with sea glimpses from the balcony. There are 3 or 4 steps to access. Parking for one car on the drive. Great location for St Ives. Pets considered at extra £20 per stay, cost to be applied separately.

The patio has a couple of seating area and a outside shower ideal after a day at the beach. Tea and coffee are complementary.
