Studio in Duncan- Refined and Cozy w/ Hot Tub

Welcome to our cozy, art-filled studio in Duncan, Cowichan Valley. Whether you're here to relax or explore, it's the perfect home base. The suite is beside our home, with full privacy. Enjoy a deck, hammock, and year-round private hot tub. Inside, full-equipped kitchen with granite counters, a propane range, and a bar fridge. It sleeps four with a queen Murphy bed and a queen loft bed, both with organic sheets. Stay comfortable with radiant floor heating, a rustic fireplace, and AC for summer.

The newly built cottage is a two level detached suite including a large open concept bedroom, full kitchen, 4 piece bathroom, dedicated laundry space, heat pump (heating and cooling) and Telus TV & Wi-Fi. Your private patio offers a new beachcomber hot tub (4 person), propane firepit, BBQ and eating area overlooking the forest. You are 5 mins from the lake and several hiking trails. We are located 5 minutes from the trans Canada highway and between Shawnigan Lake school and Brentwood College.

Welcome to our charming cabin. We strive to make this place a home away from home for our guests. Nestled on a 5-acre shared property our cozy home is surrounded by nature, but still near the city. With trails nearby, and some even attached, yet still close to all amenities in Cowichan and Langford, we like to think we have it all here! We are happy to provide guests with all the modern basics you need; plus a hot tub, fire pit, and bbq. We also have baby amenities available upon request.

Mill Bay Retreat

A quiet rural setting, but close to everything you need: biking trails, kayaking, paddle-boarding, wineries, golf, tennis, and of course...restaurants and shops. Also close to Shawnigan Lake School, Brentwood College and St. John's Academy. Extensive back lawn area for badminton, bocce ball or croquet...or just hanging out. One queen bed, but also a very comfy leather couch that can be used for a third person, best suited for a teen or adult. The suite is not setup for small children.

Swell Shack Off-Grid Tiny Cabin w/ Sauna For Rent

This rustic off-grid micro cabin is 106 sq. ft. but feels much bigger, nicely nestled away in the mossy forest. Sleeps two in a queen bed in the loft. Minutes from surfing and hiking trails, you’re in the right place for epic adventures. We built our cabin using mainly reclaimed materials. We wanted to build a place that had minimal impact on the environment. It has on demand hot water, rainwater catchment, and solar powered electricity. We also have a beautiful sauna available to rent.

Stay and relax in the Sauna, or walk down the trail through the forest will find you at the ocean where you can watch the waves,  sunsets or continue walking up to China Beach. The location is quiet and safe.

This 430 square foot carriage home is in a great location to explore the southern part of Vancouver Island. The area has so much to offer and many places to explore, access to the bus stop and the Galloping Goose Trail is only 200 metres away. Take a gentle kayak ride and enjoy the ocean basin with all its wildlife just a stones throw away. Enjoy the view from your patio or chill out in the soft hot tub. The suite is located on the ground floor with an occupied suite above you.
