Two bedroom, one bathroom, sleeps six very comfortably due to large sectional and/or air mattress provided. 12 kilometres from Summerside, 25 kilometres from Cavendish beach and 50 kilometres from Charlottetown. This seasonal home, built in 2023 is just steps away to a beautiful sandy beach. Swim at high tide or just relax on the sand bars at low tide. Enjoy our beautiful sunsets! Dig your own clams for supper (pail / shovels provided). This property is situated on the beautiful south shore of PEI, overlooking the Northumberland Strait. This adorable home is centrally located between Summerside and Charlottetown. You may even see a cruise ship go by on it's way to and from the City of Charlottetown.

Waterfront 2 bed, 2 bath located in Chelton. Less than 5 mins to Chelton Beach Provincial Park, 10 mins to Borden, 20 mins to Summerside and 35 mins to Charlottetown. Beautiful views of Confederation Bridge. Main bedroom has a king bed and ensuite and second bedroom has a queen bed. Cottage built in 2019. The cottage comes with A/C, wifi, Prime, Disney, bbq, linens, fully equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer. No water access at the property. Public beach is 3 min walk.
