We require a cash security deposit for 3 or more guests or anyone under 35 or at check-in. It will be returned at check-out if there are no damages inside or outside of unit, all trash is removed linens are not ruined and the unit is left in the same condition as when you check-in

This two room efficiency suite, equipped with central air, has two double beds in the bedroom and double sofa bed, along with a table and chairs in the living room. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, microwave and a two burner cook top. There are two televisions in the suite, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. This suite is located on the first, second, and third floors.
