WE SIT ON A SMALL CANAL WITH BOAT RAMP AND DOCKAGE FOR SMALL SKIFF AVAILABLE FOR AN EXTRA FEE. BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS! VERY COZY! You have a private entrance with a keyless self check-in & dedicated parking in front of apartment and your own Hvac system. Centrally located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills , you have a 2 minute walk to the beach, a view of the" Wright Brothers National Memorial" from the living room, and several "locals favorite" restaurants, bakeries and shops nearby.

Treetop Beach Suite

This is a two-room, full bath suite with a private entrance on the 3rd floor of a private home. Room enough for four adults or a small family (additional charges apply after the first two guests). The uniqueness of the Suite is that you are far enough off the beaten path to relax in a quiet neighborhood and yet be only minutes away from all the Outer Banks has to offer. Children are welcome; however, suite IS NOT childproof. No pets! OWNER LIVES ON SITE, ONLY REGISTERD GUESTS ALLOWED IN SUITE!

Make sure to visit the Lighthouse, a short bike or drive away. This cute & new apartment has everything you need, and is complete with soft blankets, beautiful furnishings, and a gorgeous garden setting :) THIS UNIT HAS A QUEEN BED AND TWIN DAY WITH TWIN TRUNDLE. DOES NOT HAVE FOUR BEDS!
