As noted in some reviews, the parking lot can be a little tight, and can occasionally be full (there are ten spaces for the ten units, but parking is not assigned). There is street parking immediately in front of the building, and plentiful parking about a block to the North across from the Blue Agate Cafe.

Just stroll to the beach and restaurant and downtown in only a few minutes. Each unite offers a full kitchen, bath, propane fireplace, and private decks.

Our surf style cabin may be small, but the large windows with views of the bay, ocean and coastal forests allow for lots of light to flood the space. Just a short walk to the beach, shops and near some of Northern Oregon’s best surf breaks. The Tall Woods Garden Cabin is a rustic and historic lodging nestled in the forest in the Tolovana area of Cannon Beach, Oregon. The cabin is part of the Tall Woods Garden, a three-acre nursery and event center. It is part of a twelve acre mature Sitka Spruce and Hemlock forest approximately one half mile from the seven mile long beach. The cabin is adjacent to thousands of acres of forest, including the 1,000 acre Cannon Beach Forest Reserve and near the 3,500 acre Rainforest Reserve.

The Clam Shell room is a private king suite with a private entrance and deck, full bath with a claw foot tub, king size gel foam bed, full dining table for work, art or dining, casual lounging area, compact refrigerator, a meal prep area and WIFI. There are no cooking appliances except for an electric tea kettle and coffee maker. Our neighborhood is nestled between two state parks and we are a 3 blocks to the beach. We are in rural coastal forested county with gravel roads.
