The home is only a short 15-minute drive to the Craft District and Lake Superior.

Enjoy a short walk on trails through our woods or find the Superior Hiking Trail and COGGs trails less than a mile away. Relax by our garden. The yurt has a deck and chairs, a seasonal screen door to enjoy the breeze, a woodstove, a propane cookstove, an outhouse, and a bucket sink.

Cozy Fireplace in a Northwoods Tiny House

Deer Haven is a tiny house (192 sq feet) located in my backyard, overlooking acres of woodland. The space is small and simple. Get to the queen bed in the sleeping loft by climbing the ladder. Bathroom has a toilet and stock tank shower. The kitchen has basic amenities - fridge, microwave, hot plate, griddle, dishes, etc. Best spot in the house is on the couch, where you can see the fireplace and the gorgeous woods out the patio door.

Incredible views of Lake Superior, Canal Park, and the Aerial Lift Bridge. 4 bdrm/3 bath, fully furnished penthouse with two FREE parking passes for lot next to the building. The Borealis House is located on Superior St. in Downtown Duluth with a pedestrian bridge path and garden directly behind the building connecting you to Canal Park and the Duluth Lake Walk. All rooms are on the main level - except the rooftop sunroom and deck.
