Very characterful Grade 2 Listed London Almshouse built in 1655 originally. sympathetically renovated in 2019 by award winning architects, preserving original beams and some architectural features such as the chimney stacks, beams & pitched ceilings. The cosy one bed cottage is located in London's uber cool borough of Hackney and right in the middle of the relatively recently gentrified neighbourhood of Clapton which is bustling with bars, restaurants, wine shops and cool indie shops.
