Little Stone Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Originally built as a carriage house in 1820 along with the adjoining stone home and a second stone building originally used as an out kitchen. This rustic cottage has been tastefully modernized and has a queen sized bed, full size refrigerator/freezer, gas range, large screen TV, heat pump that supplies air conditioning and heat, lots of hot water in shower. Shared use of washer/dryer and sauna in adjoining house, outside grille and fire pit.

You’ll love our place because our Guest House sits on 3.1 acres with wildlife passing through the property. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). We are open all year and you will love the views of every season.

"Lost Eden" Raystown Lake, mountain views, hot tub

Get "lost" to nature in this luxury house for two, located a 5 minute drive from Shy Beaver boat launch. Atop a meandering mountain road, this unique chalet has treetop views, a 30-foot-high living room, and a open bedroom with a king bed. Lots of natural light filters in from skylights and windows. A spiral staircase adjoins both decks. The lower level has a relaxing hot tub with a privacy wall and patio furniture. A cable railing incloses the deck for an unobstructed view of nature.

Our house is fully furnished for an extended stay with all the amenities. Our getaway is only a short drive to the following attractions, Raystown Lake, Horse shoe Curve. Flight 93 memorial, and many others.

Cozy country charm

My cottage has beautiful views from every side of the house and a relaxing front porch to sit and relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. It's a cozy cottage at the foot of the mountain with lots of privacy. There are no neighbors. There are horses here to enjoy watching them graze or feed them a snack. It's truly a nice getaway and still only a half hour from 3 local towns. For warmer weather there is a firepit, picnic table, grill and some nice shaded areas to relax.

Since you are in the heart of Amish country there is home cooking and baking nearby! The area boasts of several antique shops as well. The lower level apartment you will have to yourself. It has a separate entrance from the main level. This level features a gas fireplace, large master bedroom and partial kitchen.
