Relax and gaze from the decks and sun room ....at the ocean, passing ships, yachts, paddlers, and seasonal whales. Early risers will delight in the colourful sunrises over the ocean.

You have the ground floor all to yourself in a 2 storey house. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Only 15 minutes drive to the beautiful hinterland town of Maleny and 15 minutes to the popular Australia Zoo or 30 minutes to the beaches at Caloundra. ONLY Children which are under parental supervision are welcome, NO gentle parenting products.we have a high chair, bed rail and port a cot, if needed. Your dog (no XL dogs like Sait Bernard’s etc.)is welcome. There is a fenced yard.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). No Schoolies Bookings.

629 Balmoral Ridge

A private new home, built amongst 35acres of lush bush, with panoramic views out to the coast. The house has 2 large bedrooms with a queen bed and 2 single beds which can be converted to a king bed if needed. There is a fully self contained kitchen, laundry with washing and drying facilities. On the large deck is an outdoor kitchen and ample seating and a dining area. In the main room are very comfortable 3 seater and 2 seater leather lounges set in front of a large TV and fireplace.
