Beach house walking distance to the beach, local restaurants, and activities! This is a duplex where we can host up to 14 guests in both units (see other listings). We also own the duplex next door where we can host another 14 guests to host a total of 28 guests for large groups. We have washers and dryers per unit. We provide beach gear, board games, corn hole, & a putting green for family fun. The fenced courtyard is a shared space & with your own space in the back of the unit.

This is a newly remodeled studio apartment in Panama City. It is less then 1 mile to the restaurants in St. Andrews and is 20 mins away from Panama City Beach. It has a queen size bed, 1 bathroom and a small kitchen; great for two people. Everything in the apartment is brand new. It also has a covered patio with furniture for lounging. This is a small and cozy place but has great access to all the activities in the area. Wifi with Amazon Prime is included.

Please note the step up to the bathroom and ONE low bed. Some guests have trouble with these! The futon folds down into a twin size bed.
